Budget Batmobile
My Triumph Spitfire rebuild, retro-mod journey.

I got a 1976 Spitfire 1500 in running condition, but had many “issues” many where unseen by me when I got the car. Had I known about them, I would have probably got the car anyway. I liked the way it looked. Some of the identified issues where:
Broken Brake light switch, starter issues, low power alternator, many, many wiring issues, holes in the floor pans, worn suspension
parts, bad brakes, non-functioning E-Brake, ratty interior to include seats, wooden dash De-laminating, poor lights everywhere,
bad seals on everything, multiple electrical system component failures. Differential and U-Joint noises, leaky radiator and many
other nickle & dime issues.
NOTE: "Time Line" or "Logical" build progression may jump around since I update the site as I go. Thus some pics may be earlier or out of order following the pictures before them.
